TECH - Yamasa King Pulsar machine not working

G'day! I have a Yamasa King Pulsar machine that is currently reflecting an error code of E-4. I don't have a manual and am new to these machines so looking for a place that will provide me with the info needed to fix this.

In searching Error Codes on this site with I found this code was related to the Hopper. I went into the machine and pressed Start on the Hopper button. This spun the hopper and removed the error code but now I have a zero reflecting in the CREDIT window and nothing else is happening. If I put a token in, it just kicks out to the bottom tray (iow - it's not going to the hopper).

I did put the key into the door and turned it to the left to no avail.

Appreciate and assistance in troubleshooting this.

Did you try a full reset??

Do you have the reset key that goes in the power supply ? You need that to do a full reset. Don't see it in your picture. Usually its left in place so it's there if you need to do a reset.

I did a reset to no avail. When I put tokens in the coil in the token mech Is not energizing. So when I put tokens in, they are rejecting into the bottom tray. If I hold the coil in the tokens will go to the hopper. Also, when I manually hold the actuator for the coil in the red LEDs (N and O), what I am assuming is, the motherboard light up. So I’m assuming this is telling me the two sensors for the token mech are working?

on another note, take notice of the red LED marked F, This LED is staying lit all the time. This is telling me something is closed correct? Any ideas to what F represents?

So after putting up the last post, I started to unplug things that go to the board that the coin mech is attached to. I did this to find out what LED marked F was going to. When I unplugged the wire to the BET button The F LED went out. Upon inspecting the bet button come find it was stuck. Upon fixing it, it resolved my problem and the game is now up and working.

Last question(s) on this machine. Is there a manual available online that shows how to change the difficulty/odds and what everything does (the buttons and switches) on this machine? Trying to educate the owner on this machine so he knows how to change things and what everything does.

I know the Orange Button will make the hopper spin but what does pressing the red button do? I tried it and didn't notice a change.
If I power off the machine, turn the reset key to the right, power machine on and then press the green button I am thinking this will change the difficulty level?
What does the on/off switch at the top do? (the toggle switch at the bottom is the power switch.
Lastly, is there a replacement for the transformer? This one gets pretty warm after being on for 30+ minutes.
