Only one stop button working

Hey everyone,

first post here. I’ve been creeping for years to help find solutions on various Pachislo machines but this one is stumping me so I thought it was time to join the community!

im having an issue where only one of my stop buttons is working. I’ve switched the wires around between buttons and all buttons are able to stop the centre reel only (so I know all the buttons work)

the left and right reels won’t stop (but they do time out, and if they time out on a win, the machine proceeds to pay)

I have checked and cleaned all the connections and I don’t see any damaged wiring. The stop board was also replaced.

any ideas of how to proceed?

Has to be like the lock activation or a lube problem in the mechanics maybe?

What do you mean by lock activation? I personally was leaning more towards like an electrical issue or a board of some sort but I’m open to any suggestions at this point.

The reels spin fine and stop fine when they time out.
