Now that the tokens getting stuck issue is fixed, it’s been fully tested and the only remaining issue is that #2 bulb; not a big deal, I confirmed the switch that activated it must be working fine since the machine registers a payout of 2 tokens as expected if you score 4 in a horizontal row (pockets 1,2,3,4) even if only 1, 3, and 4 are lit up.

So payout/gameplay is unaffected (besides being unsure if you scored in the #2 pocket.)

I saw a picture of another one of this exact same model with the same mysterious unplugged connector so not going to worry too much about that.

Now only thing to do besides trying to change that tiny bulb is polish up the chrome and nails real nice, and play some arrange ball.

Good to see it went to someone here...I was one of the others messaging him about it, and he was supposed to be holding it for me until yesterday (Monday), but eh...I have enough going on right now .

i have this same machine and the numbers remaining lit after the game is normal as far as i can tell. i've seen this on other arrange balls.
your machine pays out a max of 5 but there's a mod or it may be a switch on one of the circuit boards that will bump the max payout to 10. i've got warm white LEDs in mine for the matrix and score count.
    congrats, it's a cool machine.

Thanks! Will mess around and try to find that! I noticed that 5 token payout limit when testing every single pocket; “perfect score” only gave 5 tokens!

It is a cool one; nice playfield graphics.

I’m scared to mess with the scoring matrix now; I removed the two red plastic nuts securing it, but can’t get that payout matrix board to budge! I’m scared I’m going to break it in half just trying to remove it! Will probably just live with the burnt bulb instead of risking breaking that fragile old board trying to pry it off. If I break that; I’ve just got another parts machine

yep, these parts after all these years and the heat from the bulbs can make them fragile. if you broke that board it would be an easy repair for someone that fixes electronics.
the playfield graphics were copied from a 70's williams pinball machine called stardust.

Interesting; not sure how the Lion pocket fits into that art theme??

Out of my small collection of 5 arrange balls now I’m up to 2 lion themed ones! I like the multicolored frame on my other one better; but the artwork/playfield is better on the new Lion.

It is probably the coolest, most unique pocket I’ve seen before regardless!

Default Another Satomi Miracle Super Arrange Ball

Funny thing happened; I foolishly left the machine on the floor and soon enough a cat leaped off the top of it; knocking it over it flat on its face; with a loud solid thud. (on carpet thankfully)

So tonight I decided to test it to make sure all is well after the cat incident; what do you know the previously “dead” #2 bulb flickers to life upon scoring?! So now that the cat fixed it’s up to 100% working.

Default Another Satomi Miracle Super Arrange Ball

I cut up a 1x10 and made “stands” or bases for additional stability for all my arrange balls since they are kinda front heavy; easy to tip over. So this should help prevent future cat tip-over risk!
