really fun machine and looks to be working but unfortunately it's attached to a large base.

I saw that one on yahoo while bidding on my UFO arrangeball; crazy price there: 250,000 yen . https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp...on/h1154195766

I could only imagine what the cost to import that overseas would be with that base… cool though!

Too rich for me; I went for the gamblers choice; a partially tested one for 13,500 yen; more in my price range.

So was this 10 yen base just used as a cabinet, or could you like get it to somehow dispense a token for 10yen??

Says its missing the spring for the flipper, I would assume thats an easy fix!!

Besides the high price, I would think such a big thing would be hard to sell in Japan with so many small homes!!

I’ve seen a bunch of arrange balls for sale in Japan with those 10 yen machine arcade type stands. Not sure if that was a “factory” option or aftermarket accessory?

Most arrange ball machines have adjustable coin mechanism like pachislos so one could adjust it to accept arrange ball tokens, pachislo tokens, US $1 presidential coins, 10 yen coins ect… probably most any larger coins/tokens.

Seems like in the pachinko parlor setting, arrange ball specific tokens were used; but in the arcade setting 10 yen coins?

Perhaps for legal reasons? Since pachinkos/pachislos do not pay out “cash” in the parlor; you must take your “special prize” around the corner to the secret prize redemption place to get cash from winnings?

For 250k yen; I would be expecting a working flipper!
