New machine today Help me identify the name

Did you check the voltage of it in place ?

just checked and it’s reading 1.93v

machine is still stuck on E7 ☹️. I have unplugged and replugged every connection but nothing will clear the code

Still no luck with resetting this game. I am stuck on the E7 error and cannot get into the reset mode. I have replaced the button battery (was reading low volts) on the RAM/ROM/Sound board with no change. Cleaned and refilled hopper, re-seated all connections, etc. still cannot go into reset mode. I was able to clear the “Call Attendant, Backup Error” but still cannot get it into reset mode.

I’m thinking it’s a key switch error? This is a different key switch than I have seen. There is a paddle that engages a switch when turned to the ON position. I wonder if the switch is bad???

None the switch is connected to the power supply board. In the ON position the paddle presses the small reddish button to put it into reset mode. The manual turning works and I hear the button engage it just won’t go into reset mode
