Questions: Lord of the Rings Pachiko - Sankyo

I just picked up a LOTR machine by Sankyo and am very impressed by its quality. It's my first time playing a modern machine, and the first machine I've bought for my arcade. I had a few new-owner questions:

1. Is there a service manual available for it? I searched but couldn't find one
2. Are there any service settings in the back, besides volume? It does have a free-play dongle installed. If there is a guide to various switches or dips, I'd love a link.
3. Is there an easy way to lower the volume further than the lowest setting?
4. It is in excellent condition, is there any service that I should do though to catch it up to 20 years of use?
5. Can the screen be upgraded to OLED or are replacements sold? It's fine but that seems like the only thing that could fail with time.
6. Anything I should know?

I lowered the volume today by putting resistors on the amp's line inputs. I believe this is a better way to do it than attenuating the speakers themselves.
