Default power up issue for 1996 Spunky My Sweet Wonderland

Hello Folks - I am new to the Pachislo / Pachinko community. This was purchased from a garage sale. I have since tried to power it up. I may have fried the system now that I know there are different power grids in Japan. Hopefully this beauty can be salvaged for further fun and entertainment. Can anyone tell me if this machine can plug into a standard 110/120v 60Hz USA? Currently, any attempt to power it on results in a hum noise. If there is a self diagnostic jumper, please met me know. Power supplymodel number appears to be AI PS-4100PS

See pics below (apologies for the dups)/..

It could be 24VAC instead of 110. Does it have a transformer on the right side? Do you have a picture of the back? Sometimes the voltage is listed there.

took a few more pics. The power cable, not sure if its original or not, indicated 125v, 12amps.

Now that I think about, that beige power cable runs to the 24v transformer. See additional pics..

Glad at least it has the transformer. Otherwise that would have been the end of it

I set my multimeter to Volt AC on the downside and I am getting about 27 Volts ac. Im figuring it is ABLE to push 3 to 5 amps. When I turn the key to the on position, all I hear is mild hum from the speaker. The display lights and a few old school LED indicators are lit...Nothing else....

While I have tested x86 server, workstation and mainframe power supply units, I am not too familiar with AC to AC step down transformers.

Im figuring that side of the transformer is feeding the low voltage power supply. From the low voltage power supply, should I be seeing 12V DC, 5V DC or something else?
