Get VLC, it will play anything.

Is that Video of the machine loaded with ball in the back top tray and the Fork on the ball path in back raised ?

Yep the back and hopper are full of balls and that fork is raised.

Just bumping this incase anyone has any fresh ideas for this issue. Ive tried everything I can think of to debug the machine but cannot seem to find any issue with the electrical components.
My only thought is that the red lights have to be released to some kind of technical fault.
Does anyone know of typical ways pachinko machines without reset buttons can be reset?

Might be time to buy a newer machine with components that aren’t 3 decades old.
It happens unfortunately; old components fail causing the screen to not work; and probably throwing some error; hence the lights. I sold 3 Sankyo Lumina cells with bad capacitors that died on me that cause a “dead screen” to a guy who replaced them. So, either learn electronic repair; or start shopping for replacement machine is my 2 cents. Newer the better!
Cell swapping it is also an option; but buying a cell would cost more than the whole machine is worth here in the US more than likely. (Shipping a cell from Japan IF you could find one is $100-140 range usually)

I recommend Fruit Passion as a replacement cell; very popular/famous machine in its day; kenrimono typeNo troublesome LCD or CRT screens and their associated components to go bad
That said; any old pachinko could go at any time….🪦

Wires on the connectors Can get Loose and sneakily look like they are connected when they are not so . . .
Break out the Good ,Lighted Magnifying Glass and Gently pull on each wire also W.D. 40 has a Very good No residue contact cleaner that is also very fast drying .
