Taco Time giving HE error but coin sensor seems to work

Bought this machine cause I couldn't help myself but it has an HE(hopper empty) error that I can't figure out. The coin sensor seems to be working as you can see a light on the board lights up every time a coin is ejected but it just spits them all out on reset and gives the HE error. It's a Mizuho Taco Time machine. Any ideas?20211107_155443[1].jpg

Well after trying to reset the machine with the coin hopper removed and having success there I determined the issue was definitely something in the coin hopper. after I found the switches to turn the volume on I was looking for other switches and realized there was one on the coin hopper, switched it to the other direction(can't remember if it was in manual or automatic) and that fixed it. So long story short my machine appears to be working fully now.
