He's out of town right now - should be back shortly (check the message on his website). I've never had an issue with him before - but its possible that things got confused over the holidays.
Anyway, that's why he's not answering emails right now...
And you can always start the ball rolling on a "have not received" claim on eBay/paypal (assuming you used paypal)... They can light a fire under him, put a hold on the payment, etc.
Its not necessary to leave neg feedback to do that. And I wouldn't do that anyway... Mistakes are made - refunds given... no reason to ruin a reputation. Leave negative feedback for fraud and gross incompetence.
