What is a coin operated vintage Pachinko worth.

I am new here, and I hope someone can help me.

I have a coin operated vintage pachinko machine that works perfectly.

It was given to me a few years ago by a good friend and I am thinking of selling it, or keeping it for my granddaughter, but I do not know what it is worth.

Can someone help with just a ballpark amount.

I am not real big on digital camers.

My camere is old, as am I.

If anyone here is interested and there is value in the Pachinko Machine. I will borrow a camera and post pictures.

It stands about six feet high in a enclosed cabinet.

Just trying to get an idea of it's value.

I really think pics are needed, have you seen a similar one here on the forums perhaps or elsewhere??

I'm sure the members will help in any way they can, but at the moment they don't have a lot to go on, a manufacturer, age, condition of the machine, rear workings, type, cell face etc etc are all very important in determining value

We have very knowledgeable members here that collect and restore vintage pachinkos, so any information you can give will help them to help you

The reason we are asking is, the pachinko itself could be particularly rare, let alone that it is situated in a coin-op mechanism.

But, I can tell you that the fact it is a coin-operated machine would lend it quite a few dollars more than a 'normal' one. In Japan, these go for quite a premium over regular configurations.

If you can't post a photo, how about a full description? Theme, name (if known), maker, year, condition etc?

Check out Craig's list. There are coin operated pachinkos listed for $300 ea. in the Miami, Florida listings.

if this is the Pachinko your refering to.. Coin Opp Pachinko I think it is a bit over priced... condition is everything.. so unless its spotless i would say a bit over priced... Just my 2 Cents

Here is a link to the ad on Craigslist that Lt. Teddy was referring to. The seller has had them listed for over a month at $175 each with delivery, but no takers so far. These are older Model A machines.
