    Hello again,

just under the reply box there are 2 buttons, click the one marked 'go advanced' and this will open up a bigger reply box, you will then see a row of icons along the top

Click the little paperclip one and it will open a new box where you can browse your computer to upload the pics

Absolutely nothing? No lights or anything, or just doesn't take tokens and spin?

Has it ever worked before? Unless something major is wrong, perhaps the connections for the key switch are disconnected inside the power supply, key switch is broken or some other cable is dis/miss-connected?

Sounds like it's stuck in odds setting mode.

It worked for about 5 minutes, and there was some funky looking led display on the front, the i turned it off and that as about it. all connections seem secure also.

Have you tried Grand View's support? They were very helpful when I had one of their machines! They used to give lifetime free support. If there number doesn't work, they did have a web site.

Do you have the proper key to fit inside on the power supply? You may have to just switch it out of the odds/reset mode.

Yeah i tried grand views number and website both out, number doesnt work or web site cant be found, if you have any contact info that will be greatly appreciated. On the key subject i actually had someone come out and cut a key for me not knowing at the time you can use a toggle switch. And i can switch back and forth, but still nothing.

I thought Grandview went out of business a couple years ago. I would suggest replacing the key switch with a toggle. Without seeing the machine it sounds like you have a bad switch. It's certainly a cheap and easy place to start. Oh, and welcome to the family! Kick your feet up and stay awhile!

You reset it by turning that key/switch on the power supply clockwise 1/4 turn then turn the machine on next push a button somewhere to make the odds what you want (1 is the lowest /hard odds, 6 is the easy odds) then push the start lever down (the one with a ball on it left of the stop buttons). then you turn the odds key back to the left 1/4 turn and the LED should go to 0. One of my machines will lock up if you don't go all the way through the reset. If you don't have the key for that reset switch you can change it out for a toggle switch .

Well, I had to do it a couple of years ago on one of my machines and I have very little electrical skill! This is from memory and someone here may have better knowledge...

First take pictures of all wires and collections (reference when you re-assemble)

    2nd: UNPLUG the game

    3rd: remove the coin hopper

4th: disassemble the odds/reset/power supply box

5th: the lock assemble should unscrew (the face and shaft, if I remember)

6th: should be 2 wires connected to the key shaft, remove

7th: connect the toggle switch to the 2 wires you removed from the shaft

8th: I always carefully test things before the reassemble

    9th: Mount the toggle switch

    10th: reassemble

Like I said, I'm NO expert and I was able to do it.
Perhaps someone here has a better guide for the key/toggle replacement?
Good luck and keep us posted!
