Magic Monster 2 Pictures and some things I need translated..

This machine has a wierd story. I bought it from a local vendor for a good price as I unloaded it right from the pallet, no inspection. When I got the machine home I opened it up to find the hopper all wrapped in plastic and the screen still having it protective covering. There was no smell no dirt and an envelop containing keys and some sheets of card stock with information. I am guessing this machine is brand new as there is not a spec of dirt anywhere on it and the hopper was unscratched. The other odd thing was the first time I plugged it in it went straight to set the date and features mode. Since that time it has always gone to normal game play mode. It is dated 2-08 and has the new plastic style housing instead of wood.

Here are some of the staff menus. I would like to know what these mean so I can turn off things like require reset after jackpot. Used to be on the powersupply now on these late model machines it is in the menu.

One picture of its last payout of 674 tokens, seems really high to me... and then it was giving me some wierd thing in the corner of the screen called access no. I got a no. 9 and 11 a few minutes later. Any idea what the heck these are? Almost looks like a bar code of sorts...

Game Play: Note at first I hated this machine, now I am taking a liking to it. Besides the cartoony theme, once I got into it the story is pretty fun to play and quite challenging. It pays out like crazy in Super bonus mode as you can see by the picture. Lots of music in this game, even a jazz lick thats pretty good. I let it play for about 10 minutes while I made a beverage to enjoy. The super bonus took me 45 minutes too play out as you have to battle monsters and all sorts of things... This reminds me of playing pachinko where you have to battle and use strategy to win. Overall I think this machine has some potential and I will continue to mess with it and see what it does. Every time I have played so far it has been different. I will keep yall posted on my thoughts...

I would also like to add this machine has an AMAZING volume control from mute to uber loud all built in from the factory.

Yes, that is a bar code of sorts. In Japan, they have cel phones that you can scan these with and it will take you to a specific web page.

Anyone have a clue on the staff menu photos? I Would love to get them decoded. I guess this means I need to learn Japanese...

Why aren't these machines in spanish or italian... Man I would be a super star...

if you can get a close up of the barcode as good a quality as the pics i will see if i can get my n95 to scan off screen or from a print out and give you the web addy so you can translate through bable fish

Mine picked it up right from that picture, just save it somewhere and enlarge it (in Windows, right click, select 'preview' and there are zoom buttons at the bottom, or if you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, use the wheel)

How do you change the volume? Please. I am pretty sure it is set to MAX and you can hear it down the block when it is being played.
