New member with a few pachinkos

After seeing some of the crazy game rooms on here, I see I have a lot to work towards... but at any rate, I wanted to indroduce myself and the four machines I have... which three were salvaged from people who jammed them up. Sorry for posting links... but I can't see how to post pictures.

The three Sankyo's all had some wierd sort of jam on them when I got them... usually the owner's kid stuck a bigger marble in the machine and it got caught in the tray and the one with mechanical reels had the payout motor unplugged "because it clicks all the time" so they were had for cheap. The Sanyo was bought from the Coin Op show in the Megacenter here in Illinois from Gameroom Warehouse by your's truely when I was in 7th grade.

My buddy and I modified the innards of the newer Sankyo so that it would spit all the balls back into it's tray... the payout system and ball collection were bypassed... kinda wish I didn't do that since it has that DB25 plug on it that I saw that dongle thing for but I don't think it's ever going to work normally again... but oh well it was $25 and it's still playable.

At any rate, sweet website too... was never able to find any good information on the web about these things except for a pachislo website that closed down a few years back... all the sample pachislo bonus music on that website I recorded as a kid and submitted LOL.

I like the way Sankyo went with LCD's in 92, then went to CRTs later, then back. Was there an LCD famine in the mid 90's?

The one game is Fever Impulse II - フィーバーインパルス　II
Still no specific date (92-94), but at least you know what it's called!

They did a remake of Fever Powerful III in 2006, Fever Powerful Zero, pretty much same game, with a lot bigger, better LCD (yes, I have one )

So do Fever Powerful II and Fever Powerful I even exist? I had some hope this was Fever Powerful II... oops...

Yeah my Big Powerful Fever machine has a CRT... which bugs me because if THAT fails... where in the world can I find a 4" color CRT?

Be prepared for it to fail. Mine is just a narrow band in the middle anymore, I heard there are caps or something that can be replaced to correct it, haven't had the nerve to try yet. It pops out pretty easy, a few connectors and a couple of catches.
