yes, I collect coins, but most of them are gone now

I used to setup & sell at about 30 local coin shows a year on sundays in Illinois.

many of my coins have turned into pachis

coins have been the only hobby that I have made money on

I got started collecting as a youngster by both of my grandfathers. I still have all of the coins they gave to me over the years.

Somewhere in my collection I have an 1857 flying eagle penny (unc). That's on of my prized coins (along with the ones my grandparents gave me)

I like Morgans and anything Gold!

I had over 20 u.s. gold coins, and a complete mexican gold type set 50 peso to 2 peso. when I went to sell them 7 u.s. coins were counterfeit, i just about broke even instead of making about 2 grand profit.

I had two peace dollar sets only missing the 1928 and 87 different of the 96 piece morgan dollar set.

Morgan dollars have always been my favories

    they are all gone now

I still have a complete flying eagle & Indian Cent run, from 1856 (patern) to 1909 and 1909 S.
Just a hard for the ware of the river waters
All my proof and uncirculated coins ended up at face value these were ones from 1980s forward. A shame.
My type sets took it hard, but the colors of the coins is strange green and yellow with blue and black, even a redish look to some.

When I get my ultrasonic for the shop I will put them in a plastic tray and see if the colors go away.
I don't dip, so they will be as they are if the cleaner doesn't do anything.
