    Sure. I can only go from what I see and past experience

    I would run this cable to the 24V side. Cut off the spade connectors. Then attach to the transfomer. Using the inline fuse.
    Then lose (store safely) the remaining cables. If in doubt start from scratch. especially as you don't know the history.

    probably has a data counter connector in the top right.
