yes adjust the angle or the leaf.. i bend both as close to the push point as possible, but making sure they do not touch.. by bending both that direction the light will stay lit longer with each win cycle..
I have see lots of machines where the leaf are spread far and wide and only touch for a milli second.. the bulb barely fires before contact is broken..
