I have never seen one of these in the US. Do you know if it operates similar to the "computer pachinko" machines that operate on quarters?

on one hand it might be, because I don't see any payout ability. (although there is that arrow near the bottom of the cab, maybe that's an area?)
But on the other hand, the control panel makes it kind of look comparable to the horse racing cocktails I posted.
What are the control panel buttons?
